			<description><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proper movement is one of the most important ways of dealing with arthritis. &nbsp;Using specific movements from tai chi and yoga is especially good. &nbsp;There is also a new movement exercise that has been developed especially for arthritis. &nbsp;In addition to these easy exercises, learn a subtle, very fine expansive movement which relieves stress and pressure on joints and muscles and which can be applied in ordinary activities such as walking, sitting, etc. &nbsp;</span></p>
